Sarah Johnson RCST BCST Craniosacral Therapist.
Cranio Kent
Cranio Kent was set up by Sarah Johnson in 2011 and provides Craniosacral Therapy in East Malling village, near Maidstone in Kent.
Craniosacral Therapy is a subtle yet profound and powerful hands-on technique, developed from Osteopathy, which identifies pain and tensions held in the body. Using a gentle touch without manipulation, the therapist interacts with your body to help relieve its tensions and restrictions. Balance is restored which can have profound physical and psychological benefits.
Sarah treats people of all ages, from newborn babies to the elderly and can help with a huge variety of conditions.
